These terms govern your use of the Traderack platform at traderack.co.uk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Traderack provides hosted business software on a subscription basis. We may update features over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan without notice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
You must not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to transmit malware, to attempt to breach security or access other tenants' data, or to resell the service without authorisation.
You retain ownership of the data you put into the platform. We process customer data you control as your processor in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you process through the service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traderack is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Either party may terminate per the cancellation terms above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk to the platform or other customers. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
